We follow a strict 14 day no quibble returns policy. This means that within 14 days of receipt we will accept your item back without fuss, we suggest you email us on the below address with your postcode and order number (if possible) and your preferred instruction (e.g exchange for a size small, issue refund etc.). If you return your item without this information, it may take us longer to process your return so please make sure it is included.
We extend this 14 day period for purchases made in the month of December, such purchases can be returned before the 14th January the following year. This is to allow peace of mind when buying gifts for the holiday period.
If you are outside of this 14 day period and your purchase was not made in December please contact us as in certain circumstances we may still accept the return.
Please note: We will only accept returned items in the same condition as they were sent, this means unworn, undamaged (unless the item arrived damaged) and with the labels still intact. Refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days. Refunds via PayPal if you paid via card can take upto 28 days (This is their policy, not ours, and the money leaves our account usually within 5 minutes of granting a refund).
If an item(s) has been delayed by a third party service, whether that service be within the United Kingdom or not, we are unable to offer a refund until the item(s) unless the third party service has accepted liability for the delayed or missing item(s). This time frame varies from service to service, and so these can be found on demand. Standard carriage by our third party service of choice, Royal Mail, has a ten working day timeframe before items will be declared as lost or delayed for UK Mainland deliveries, and twenty eight calendar days for deliveries outside the UK Mainland. Other time frames can be requested on demand if some orders have been shipped by other carriers (which vary on type of items shipped, and their destination country).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (they sometimes have shocking delays at processing refunds)
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. (9 times out of 10 however, we can just simply refund your order/part of your order without you having to return the item).
